Job Details

OneWater Janitors are responsible for effectively cleaning in an efficient manner that promotes the overall professional image of their respective OneWater store. They contribute to the customer's delight and satisfaction by enhancing the appearance of the entire dealership, including all restrooms, the dealership showroom, the shop office, and sales offices. The position is non-exempt.

Duties & Job Responsibilities:

• Keeps total facility clean, including offices, lunchroom, bathrooms, and all common areas
• Washes windows and mirrors.
• Takes out the trash and recycling
• Wipes down and sanitizes surfaces
• Cleans, sanitizes, and stocks restrooms
• Sweeps, mops, polishes, and vacuums floors
• Uses common cleaning tools and equipment
• Organizes the janitor closet and stores all supplies and tools
• Fills out janitorial checklists at the end of every shift
• Follows safety rules and precautions
• Adheres to company policies and procedures

• Mon-Fri shift

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have dependable transportation and be able to travel 3miles to the Pre-Owned facility twice weekly
• Works well independently and has strong time management skills.
• Follows written and verbal instructions
• Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing and walking for most of the shift, bending, and climbing
• Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients
