Help us deliver top-notch service to our customers by coordinating repairs and service requests for Caterpillar construction equipment. In this vital role, based at our Willis, TX location at 16150 TX-75, Willis, TX 77378, you'll ensure seamless operations and satisfaction for every client.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate Field Repairs: Schedule technicians to provide timely service
• Manage Communication: Keep customers and sales reps updated on repair status
• Organize Parts & Orders: Coordinate parts orders and component repairs
• Oversee Field Expenses: Track technician overtime and service costs
• Support Customers: Address concerns and resolve complaints promptly
• Handle Work Orders: Open, edit, and invoice work orders accurately

What We're Looking For

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1-2 years of dispatching experience in a service industry
• Customer Focused: Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and computer skills
• Organized & Self-Motivated: Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Mechanical Aptitude
• Bilingual - Spanish
