Role OverviewSodexo is seeking a General Manager to lead our child nutrition partnership with Huntsville Public Schools in Huntsville, TX. Must be able to provide strong leadership and direction to the food service departmentwith a focus on providing innovative and high-quality programs. This position offers a great work-life balance where the candidate will typically work M-F. • Have oversight of day-to-day operations;
• Deliver high quality food service;

    • A work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
    • Culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
    • The ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
    • The ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed;
    • A working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and proficiency in computer skills and report management experience (this does not apply to external candidates);
