Shop Operations Manager - Huntsville, TX

We are seeking a highly skilled Shop Operations Manager to lead our facility in Huntsville, TX. This role involves overseeing daily operations, optimizing workflows, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and safety.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 8-10 years of experience in Shop Operation Management within Gas Lift
• Proven experience in P&L management and financial oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and quality standards
• Expertise in Inventory Management and stock control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Efficiency: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth production processes and maximizing productivity.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high-quality service standards and address customer concerns effectively.
• Staff Management: Lead and train shop staff, ensuring they meet operational and performance expectations.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control and ensure proper stock management to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Financial Management: Handle budgeting, P&L responsibilities, and cost management to ensure profitability.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, creating a safe working environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational performance and reduce waste.
