Are you a driven, relationship-focused sales professional with a passion for helping businesses grow? Ultimate Staffing is seeking Business Development Executives, where you'll engage directly with local business owners and C-level executives to deliver powerful telecommunications solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain relationships with business owners and C-suite leaders across the metro area through direct, face-to-face engagement
• Clearly communicate and pre-qualify sales opportunities
• Accurately log sales activities in CRM system

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Telecom industry experience is a strong plus
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Must be a self-starter and HUNTER mentality
• Willingness to travel within a 1-hour radius of your territory

Pay range: 60k-70k base + uncapped commission

Schedule: M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm - flexible

Location: In office - hybrid flexibility
