Logistics Coordinator

Huntsville, TX

PSC Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics and Trade Compliance Coordinator to manage and coordinate logistics activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international trade regulations, logistics management, inventory controls, and trade compliance. You will play a critical role in managing vendor relationships, supporting the supply chain, and delivering exceptional customer service.If you're looking for a stable, long-term career in a booming industry, then consider joining the PSC family!

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay Range: Starting at $35.00/hr

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate logistics operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with internal teams and third-party logistics providers to ensure the timely transportation and delivery of goods.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels in coordination with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Provide high-quality support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to shipments and logistics.
• Ensure full adherence to international trade regulations, including ITAR, EAR, OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other relevant compliance requirements.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple logistics activities simultaneously, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Understanding of chemical product handling and transportation regulations, including OSHA, DOT, and EPA guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain management principles.
• Experience with inventory management systems and principles.
• Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• May require a valid Driver's License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
• 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
