Responsible for performing a variety of unskilled manual tasks. Primary Responsibilities Performs repetitive duties in the field of make-ready for Residence Life Maintenance; this includes but is not limited to changing light bulbs, using ladders, inspect and repair door hardware, inspect and repair plumbing fixtures such as faucets and toilets. Requires the ability to caulk and paint, repair and install mini-blinds, and conduct minor electrical repairs. Performs other related duties as assigned. Other Specifications As required by assignments. Accurate in following specific oral and written instructions. Working conditions are continuously exposed to one or more disagreeable elements such as dirt, dust, heat, fumes, cold, noise, wet, vibration, poor lighting, or congested working area. This is a full-time, temporary, non-benefit eligible position expected to end on or before two months from hire date.
