Join our team as a Grocery Bagger and Customer Service Associate, where you can create outstanding customer experiences through exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently bag groceries at checkout, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Assist customers by removing items from their bascarts for a smooth checkout experience.
• Offer to help customers load their bags into their vehicles.
• Conduct basic shelf maintenance and inform customers about grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to shelves and maintain a clean store environment by managing spills and trash.
• Help with seasonal merchandise assembly and understand the store's layout for effective customer assistance.
• Promote safety by adhering to all safety procedures and reporting any concerns to management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Provide exceptional customer service, making all shoppers feel welcome and appreciated.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts in a calm and cooperative manner.
• Support customers of all backgrounds, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Meet the essential functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and effective communication skills.
• While retail experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
