A DAY IN THE LIFE:

As a Digital Product Manager, you will:

• Create and own features that support product strategy and IT delivery.
• Lead the direction and focus of engineering and user experience teams.
• Identify feature enhancements, manage associated backlog and roadmap to maximize business outcomes.
• Lead engineering on driving out a technical design, estimates and the delivery.
• Lead UX on driving out design and validate user flows and interfaces.
• Define success metrics and measurement plan.
• Identify and align to external dependencies.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Must have 4+ years of related product management experience in a health insurance, health provider, or IT industry.

SALARY:

• $175,000 - $225,000 plus 35% bonus
