The School of Nursings (SON) learning mission is composed of three complementary broad areas of pedagogy: Didactic, clinical, and simulation. Together, these pedagogical threads intertwine to create a cohesive, coordinated, and coherent delivery of learning that has a synergistic effect on students learning. In addition to the duties of a clinical track faculty (0-20%), the ADCL assists the Director by ensuring that through direct supervision or delegation, clinical-based learning activities are enabling students to meet the SONs educational objectives (80-100%). The leader works under minimum direction and supervises employees while performing advanced complex managerial work.
