Responsible for activities associated with budget planning, development and maintenance of the University Operating Budget. Performs advanced complex managerial work providing direction and guidance in strategic operations and planning in the department, college, or division. Primary Responsibilities Assists in the preparation and coordination of the universitys annual Operating Budget at the divisional level, ensuring compliance with Texas State University System guidelines and state regulations.
