Responsible for activities associated with budget planning, development and maintenance of the University Operating Budget. Performs advanced complex managerial work providing direction and guidance in strategic operations and planning in the department, college, or division. Primary Responsibilities Assists in the preparation and coordination of the universitys annual Operating Budget at the divisional level, ensuring compliance with Texas State University System guidelines and state regulations. Provides analytical support for division- and college-level business operations and financial planning. Works with complex data sets and financial tools in support of strategic initiatives, multi-year planning, and performance metrics. Develops and maintains advanced business and financial models to support budgeting and forecasting.
