Manufacturing Shift Lead Who we are looking for: We are currently searching for a Manufacturing Shift Lead to be based out of Lovelady, TX. Reporting to Production Manager, this person will be responsible for overseeing the shift production and staff. Ensuring all employees are following safety guidelines while producing a quality product. What you'll do: Train new Operators and Material Handlers Identify and resolve any issue on all production lines Investigate causes of quality issues Independently run all aspects of the PVC extrusion lines ensuring that product meets all applicable internal and external specifications Check that all reports are filled out properly, completely, and are legible. Report any problems with equipment to Maintenance and to the Production Manager. Know, follow, and enforce plant safety rules and wear proper PPE Document any safety or extrusion procedure violations and report it to the Production Manager or Plant Manager.
