Assists the Director and Associate Director with various initiatives and objectives. Performs complex managerial work providing direction and guidance in operations and planning within the department. Primary Responsibilities Responsible for the oversight of Student Account Receivables. Provides direction and training of student account services staff and departments on funds acceptance. Provides guidance and training on student identification (Bearkat One. Card) services. Assists the Director and Associate Director in Student Account Services operations. Serves as the Student Account Receivables lead for any hardware or software implementation, upgrade, or patches impacting Student Account Services.
