We are seeking a full-time Response Coordinator 1 in our Olathe, KS location. In this role, you will be responsible for providing basic coordination of search and rescue efforts with emergency personnel in support of Garmin customers. Essential Functions Answers basic inbound SOS calls from customers through Garmins SOS device technology Demonstrates strong communication skills and always maintain compassionate, professional, and courteous interactions with Garmin customers, emergency responders and other members of the Garmin team Initiates emergency response procedures and communicates with responding agencies Communicates specific details provided by the customer to emergency responders for effective execution of emergency response procedures Thoroughly documents activity and results in and organized and timely manner Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Demonstrated customer service expertise and active listening skills with the ability to work under pressure Demonstrat...Coordinator, Technology, Management, Skills
