Job Title: Dishwasher – Fine Dining Restaurant

At Walden's Lakeview Dining, we pride ourselves on delivering a refined dining experience through exceptional cuisine, impeccable service, and a dedication to excellence. We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Dishwasher to support our kitchen team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment
• Ensure all kitchen and service wares are clean, organized, and ready for use
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and storage
• Assist with basic kitchen prep and trash disposal as needed
• Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures at all times
• Communicate effectively with chefs and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred (fine dining experience a plus)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
