PROJECT MANAGER - HEAVY HIGHWAY, CONCRETE & ASPHALT

A well-established, family-owned paving and asphalt company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This company is known for steady projects, quality work, and long-termstability, offering a strong work environment and year-round opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in asphalt paving in a leadership role
• Background in heavy highway, concrete, and asphalt construction
• DOT and government project experience
• Ability to mentor and support two junior Project Managers
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and inspectors
• Focus on quality control, safety, and problem-solving
