We are seeking dedicated Phlebotomists to partner with us in delivering essential health services to our Military Service members. If you are passionate about patient care and thrive in dynamic environments, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!

This position primarily involves weekend work, with occasional weekdays on an as-needed basis. You will play a vital role in the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP), providing necessary medical support to ensure the readiness of our military forces including:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blood draws and phlebotomy.
• Administer immunizations.
• Conduct EKGs.
• Take manual vitals and perform vision screenings.

Qualifications:

• Valid Phlebotomy Certification is required.
• CPR/BLS Certification is necessary.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced medical setting.
• Preferred one (1) year of relevant experience.
• A caring, passionate, and friendly demeanor is essential.
• Must adhere to universal precautions for patient safety.
• Experience with military services is preferred.
• Experience in mobile medical services is also preferred.
• Proficient in computer software related to medical services.
• Availability on weekends is a must.
