Performs advanced administrative and supervisory program work for the College of Osteopathic Medicine by overseeing the development, management, and optimization of research data systems. Primary Responsibilities Oversees the work of assigned program. Administers and maintains RED - Cap and other data capture platforms used in faculty- and student-led research. Oversees the design and implementation of research databases for clinical trials, educational research, and observational studies. Manages, organizes, and secures sensitive research data, ensuring compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Institutional Review Board (IRB), Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and institutional policies. Provides consultation and technical support to research teams on data collection methods, instrument design, and data workflows.
