Bilingual Licensed Insurance Sales Representative - P&C (Remote Uncapped Bonus)

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping people protect their auto and home? Are you bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)? We are looking for someone to join our team as a Licensed Inside Sales Representative.

Starting base pay is $25/hour with uncapped bonus plan available in addition to your base pay. Average variable compensation is roughly $2,000 per month but can vary and could be up to $7,000 or higher. Variable compensation will grow as we expand business in multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell insurance products including automobile, homeowners and umbrella insurance.
• Follow up on missing information to close insurance sales by phone or email to prospective clients.
• Attend required training, ongoing training, meetings, one-on-ones, and complete continuing education requirements to maintain an active property casualty license.
• Demonstrate advantages of products, services and benefits while overcoming objections to purchase.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities to provide accurate quotes to clients.
• Prioritize sales opportunities based on ICP on multiple computer systems during a quote.
• Explain insurance concepts and coverages to clients.

Licenses and Travel

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer's License (Not Adjusters or Personal Lines).
• Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required.

Work Arrangement, Training & Schedule

This is primarily a home-based role with 80% of time working from home; occasional travel to the Phoenix, AZ area for in-person engagements. Training will be approximately 2 months in-person at our Phoenix core office location from 8:30am to 5:00pm local time. There is no time off during training. After training, new-hire shifts will be evening shifts ending at 8:00pm local time Monday through Friday and 5:00pm local time on Saturdays, with a 1 in 3 Saturday rotation. All new hires will work a 9-hour Monday with a 7-hour shift later in the week.
