28 Hours per week will be within Monday through Friday 8 5 SHSU Online Operations student assistants work in a positive, structured, team centered environment. This position provides support to the Online Operations department in a variety of areas, including but not limited to administration, faculty development, and course development. They might also assist by inserting captions, creating transcripts, and working with audio edits associated with various videos and multimedia. The student assistant will communicate with internal (faculty and staff) and external customers via email and/or chat communications. Direction, guidance, and support will be provided as needed.
