Work EnvironmentThis job operates in an office and manufacturing environment. This role routinely uses tools and other such equipment during the course of the job duties. Provided Personal Protective Equipment, as well as steel-toed boots or shoes, must be worn at all times.

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
LOCATION: Conroe, Tx
SHIFT: Day Shift
POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: To mold finished parts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Mold blanks.
- Inspect Parts.
- Troubleshoot.
- Implement and practice Lean Manufacturing tools, including 5S, increased productivity, and eliminating waste.
- Assist in cross-training.
- Complete maintenance inspection sheet.
- Maintain 5S checklist as it applies to your work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Required Education and Experience:
- Must have average reading, writing and mathematical skills and 0-2 years of experience in molding.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Moderate walking and climbing.
- Physically able to conduct inspections and carry equipment used for inspections.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; and stoop.
- Regular, predictable attendance is required.
