Manufacturing Technician at Micro Star Technologies (MST) facility in Huntsville, TX
Sharpen, cut and/or mount diamond products to required specifications
Operate various machines and instruments used in the manufacturing process
Organize, coordinate, and perform all assigned in-house assembly and testing for manufacturing of products
Track and report on real time production progress against production schedules
Build and qualify parts and assemblies
Document and provide timely feedback to management on issues encountered during build processes
Organize and track all part inspection and non-conformance issues for assigned work
Document manufacturing procedures upon request
Support of quality and engineering through troubleshooting issues
Perform routine maintenance of machines use in production
Requires occasional evening, off shift and weekend work to meet production schedules
Perform other duties as requested
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Good hand eye coordination
Fine motor skills
Machining experience would be preferred
Experience working under microscopy
Basic computer skills - Data Entry, MS Office, etc.
Good organizational skills Will need to sharpen and track multiple tips simultaneously
Educational/Experience Requirements:
High School education or higher with experience
At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $36,000.00/yr. and $62,000.00/yr. and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on a several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position.
