Specialist I Customer Service Rep Student Account Services, Division of Enrollment
Pay grade 2. Pay Grade Table:
Carries out all financial and Bearkat OneCard transactions between the University and students. Assists with interdepartmental business transactions, receipt and disbursement of cash, checks, and payments. Analyzes financial accounts and communicates findings to students, parents, staff, and faculty. Provides customer support for OneCard and other student account services.
