Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a hospital location.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely notification of hospital staff and/or public emergency services as directed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including interior corridors, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by post.; Control access to restricted areas by monitoring doors and visitor flow, assisting with wayfinding, and documenting unusual activity according to site requirements.; Complete detailed reports of incidents, patrol activity, and other security-related observations, and communicate information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts as needed.
