The College of Health Science is seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and organized individual to provide excellent customer service and assist with the department's daily operations.
Other Requirements for the Position
The Student Administrative Assistant is responsible for completing a range of clerical tasks to uphold office operations. Their duties include greeting guests, answering phones, distributing mail, data entry, processing office documents, maintaining the office supply inventory, running errands, and assisting with college events. For Fall 2025, candidates must be available to work from 8am-11am, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and 3pm-5pm on Thursdays.
