Dental Assistant

Location: Conroe , TX
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: Hourly rate based on experience. Paid as a W2 employee. Weekly pay via direct deposit.

• Assist the doctor during dental procedures
• Prepare, clean, and flip operatories between patients
• Sterilize and organize dental instruments and materials
• Take and process dental X-rays
• Provide chairside support to both the dentist and hygienist
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Record and update patient information accurately
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols

• Assisting the doctor chairside
• Knowledge of dental instruments
• Chairside support
• Cleaning and flipping operatories
• Clinical dental experience
• Taking and processing patient X-rays
• Assisting the hygienist as needed

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred
• Radiology certification preferred (state requirements apply)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Professional attitude and attention to detail
