This is a full-time, on-site role located in Montgomery, TX, for a Neurofeedback Technician. The Neurofeedback Technician will conduct neurofeedback therapy sessions, monitor patient progress, and provide compassionate support to clients throughout their treatment. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining neurofeedback equipment, recording and analyzing session data, and collaborating with mental health professionals to optimize treatment outcomes. The role requires hands-on patient interaction, following protocols to ensure high standards of care, and educating clients about the neurofeedback process.

• Familiarity with Psychology, Behavioral Health, and Mental Health principles
• Experience or training in Patient Care and Direct Patient Care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to handle technical equipment accurately
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused healthcare environment
• Experience in neurofeedback or biofeedback is a plus but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Basic technology skills and aptitude for learning software systems
