Shop Technician (Tear Down & Prep)
Location: Conroe, Tx 77385
Pay Rate: $17 - $18/ hr.
Temp-to-Hire

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Maintaining sand blasting equipment.
• Tearing down Actuators
• Organizing job crates during tear down
• Blasting actuators
• Maintaining a clean work area.
• Managing tear down schedule with shop manager
• Tearing down and prepping surplus for inventory
• Painting actuators
• Building Stem Protectors

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble various components and equipment according to specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving technical issues

Shop Technician (Tear Down & Prep) Requirements:

• Good with hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Mechanical, electrical, and carpentry knowledge.
• Ability to breed a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork.
• Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner
• Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working in the building.

Skills:
- Strong technical skills in fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
