A company is looking for a Manager of Educator Enablement to lead the development of training materials for educators in K-12 and higher education settings.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce high-quality training materials, ensuring clarity and usability without live facilitationServe as a resource for customers, translating their needs into improved training materials and collaborating with teams to enhance educator supportApply best practices in instructional design to create accessible content that supports independent use in real classroom contextsRequired Qualifications5-8+ years of experience in instructional design, educator enablement, or curriculum developmentProven experience designing and delivering impactful educator-facing materials in K-12 and/or higher educationExceptional content development capabilities across various formats with a strong focus on quality and engagementDeep experience with LMS platforms and designing content for educator workflowsFamiliarity with accessibility standards and experience in customer education or implementation support is preferred
