A company is looking for a Product Counsel to manage legal intake, contracts, and compliance workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound legal triage, including subpoenas and government inquiriesReview, draft, and negotiate various contracts and maintain a playbook for deal velocityManage customer security questionnaires and provide product law and AI regulatory guidanceRequired Qualifications3-5+ years in legal operations, AI law, contract management, or paralegal work, preferably in SaaS or AIAbility to independently manage redlines with sound judgment on escalationTechnical fluency, including understanding of architecture notes and APIs/security postureFamiliarity with privacy/security/AI regulations such as GDPR and SOC 2 is a plusStrong experience in negotiation and cross-functional collaboration
