A company is looking for a Director, Proposals and Contracts.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to generate sales proposals and contractsOversee the development, review, and delivery of proposals and contractual documentsParticipate in diligence and integration activities related to proposals and contractsRequired QualificationsUndergraduate degree in business, science, finance/accounting, or related field preferred10 years of proposal/contract administration experience, with at least 5 years in managementExperience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology or clinical research organization environment preferredDemonstrated ability to understand and apply legal concepts to contractsComprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
