Now Hiring: Environmental Monitoring Technician II

Join a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting quality control for biologics and sterile drug production. This role plays a key part in maintaining cleanroom standards and ensuring compliance within GMP-regulated operations. This is a contract role for 12 weeks but could extend longer.

Role Summary

• Perform environmental monitoring in Grade A–D cleanrooms (air, surface, and particulate sampling)
• Support cleanroom qualifications (EMPQ) and sample analysis
• Document all activities following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Assist with gowning qualifications and aseptic process simulations
• Investigate deviations and support quality reporting
• Collaborate with manufacturing, QA, and microbiology teams
• Support data trending and routine reporting
• Follow strict safety and cleanroom procedures
• Flexible schedule may include weekends or off-hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Biology, Microbiology, or related field preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in environmental monitoring or cleanroom environments
• Experience in biotech, pharma, or related industry preferred
• Understanding of basic scientific and regulatory principles
• Ability to follow SOPs and document accurately
• Comfortable working in controlled cleanroom settings
