Aimbridge Hospitality - 18850 David Memorial Drive - Responsibilities: Prepare and cook all food items, based on standardized recipes, for the corporate HQ outlet, banquets/catering, and executive lounge; Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and work areas; Maintain knowledge of menus and required preparation according to hotel standards; Prepare and display buffet items and work on the kitchen line to prepare food to order; Assist in storage and rotation of food items and support restaurant leadership as needed
