I am looking for a Geotechnical/Civil Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in North Carolina to support a current public RFQ (Buncombe County – Garren Creek Landslide Stabilization). Additionally, I submit engineering proposals in multiple U.S. states and I am seeking a long-term relationship with a PE who holds (or can obtain) licenses in multiple jurisdictions.Current needs include:Review of geotechnical dataSlope stability analysisDesign input for landslide stabilizationReview and approval of bid-ready plansPE stamp/signature for design documentsOptional support during construction (Phase II)Beyond this project, I regularly apply for geotechnical, civil, structural, and public-sector projects across different states.
