This company designs and builds large-scale containment and storage structures for municipal, industrial, and commercial clients — the kind of work that takes real craft to execute and real leadership to run.Anticipated $90K–$100K, based on experienceFull suite of benefits: Health/Dental/Vision, PTO/VacationTravel ~85–90% (home approximately 1–2 weekends per month)Company vehicle, expenses/lodging/per diemOverview:Lead onsite installation crews on specialty industrial construction projects across multiple sites nationallyPerform and oversee hands-on millwright and mechanical work required to complete project scopeOwn the site safety program — daily JSAs, safe work planning, incident management, and crew trainingMaintain onsite quality standards and production pace from mobilization through punch list closeoutCoordinate project schedules and sequencing directly with the customer and internal project managersServe as the primary onsite point of contact for customer communication and site meetingsManage financial performance of onsite activity — track field costs and hold the line on budgetDevelop labor, equipment, and vendor resourcing plans; coordinate crane and rental equipment logisticsSubmit daily field reports and maintain complete site records through project closeoutWork closely with Project Managers and support staff to keep projects on schedule and within scopePreferred Skills/Experiences:Minimum 5 years of construction management experience, with hands-on field executionAbility to work safely and effectively at elevated heights above 100 feetExperience operating forklifts, manlifts, and standard erection equipmentValid driver's license; ability to qualify as a DOT driverAbility to pass drug screen and background checkOSHA 30, Basic Plus, and/or MSHA 48 certification (or ability to obtain)Hands-on millwright or mechanical assembly background strongly preferredExperience with tanks, silos, domes, or specialty industrial structure installation a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); MS Project and project management software a plusStrong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable as the primary client contact on-site
