Job Description Job Description Connect Staffing is hiring a Manufacturing Production Assembler for a filter manufacturing facility in Conroe, TX. In this role, you will assemble air filters using hand tools, adhesives, and production equipment, and inspect finished products for defects and compliance with specifications. This is a steady daytime schedule with a consistent 40-hour.Pay: $15/hrSchedule : Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–4:00 PMLocation : Houston, TXJob Type : Temp-to-HireWork Environment: Manufacturing Plant /FactoryResponsibilitiesAssemble air filters by following work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams to meet production specifications.Inspect finished filter assemblies for defects, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.Report equipment malfunctions or material shortages to the supervisor.Minimum Requirements1+ year of recent assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience assembling mechanical or industrial components using hand tools and adhesives.Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical work for long periods.Experience with packaging and labeling procedures in a production setting.Experience in machine building, fabrication, or equipment assembly.Prior work in a filter, HVAC, or industrial manufacturing environment.Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or assembly diagrams.You may be a great fit if you've held any of these titles: Assembler, Production Worker, Assembly Line Worker, Manufacturing Assembler, Mechanical Assembler, Manufacturing Technician, Machine Operator, General Labor, Production Associate, Warehouse Associate.Pre-Employment RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 25 lbs. frequently.Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment.Drug screen required.Background check required.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.BenefitsWeekly pay.Direct deposit / Paycard.Health and dental benefits available.Earn referral bonuses.All candidates meeting the minimum requirements will receive an SMS invite to an AI-based interview.
