You develop and maintain project schedules, complete project documentation, and lead new client onboarding. In collaboration with the sales team you execute initial discovery calls with key decision‑makers to ensure all conversion data and timelines are communicated and agreed upon. You facilitate employee wage data, prior tax liabilities, agency POAs, and banking data, and ensure imports are balanced and reconciled before the first live payroll. Whenever needed you perform QA checks on payroll frequencies, PTO plans, benefit reductions, earning codes, garnishments, time entry, and HR functions, promptly adjusting any issues.RequirementsExperience working with human capital management (HCM) systems, SaaS, CRM, or project management technology.Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external clients.Bachelor's degree preferred.
