Overview

The Food & Beverage Coordinator supports all food and beverage operationsduring music festivals and live events. This role ensures vendors, inventory, and food service areas are organized, stocked, and running efficiently to deliver a smooth and high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00-$21.00

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily food operations across multiple festival vendors and stands.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of food service areas, including tents and equipment.
• Monitor food inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Support food vendors with supplies, logistics, and operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all food service areas.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly during service and escalate when needed.
• Work closely with operations, concessions, and event leadership teams.
• Assist with receiving and distributing deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests.

• Previous experience in food service, concessions, or event operations preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor festival environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
