Manufacturing Quality Assurance Documentation SpecialistWe're seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Quality Documentation Specialist to join our team as a key cross‑functional partner. In this role, you'll create comprehensive traceability packages and data books, ensuring all documentation meets API and quality standards. You'll collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers, and clients to compile, review, and upload critical quality documentation into Weatherford systems while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and accuracy.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage traceability packages and data books for projects from start to finishReview and verify documentation output from manufacturing and suppliers against engineering drawings, quality plans, and order requirementsCompile, scan, and upload documentation into Weatherford systems while maintaining accurate recordsMonitor mills test reports, NDE reports, and other quality documentation for completeness and accuracyImplement strategic techniques to mitigate documentation risks and maximize productivityServe as the documentation representative with clients, contractors, and vendors during project reviews and meetingsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure all documentation meets requirements and is delivered on timeEnsure compliance with QMS, API standards, and independent third‑party witness requirementsDrive continuous improvement in documentation processes and quality standardsSkills and Education5+ years of Quality Documentation experienceProficiency in reviewing mill test reports, NDE reports, and quality documentationAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP systemsExperience with scanning, uploading, and maintaining recordsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsAbility to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast‑paced environmentStrong technical writing and interpersonal skillsOil & Gas industry experienceKnowledge of ISO 9001, API Q1 and Q2 requirementsExperience with JDE and Microsoft ProjectWeatherford is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
