Job Duties:
This position reports to the Huntsville Institutional Parole Office daily. Duties include administrative support work to include disseminating information, assisting and maintaining filing systems, preparing and editing reports and documents. Works under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
You'd be a GOOD fit if:
If you have a high school diploma and 6 months of experience in customer service, clerical, administrative support, or technical program support.
You are detailed oriented and have a strong work ethic.
You'd be a GREAT fit if:
You have some college and 6 or more months of experience in customer service, clerical, secretarial, administrative support, and technical program support.
You have a strong understanding of the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles.
