Job Duties:
Performs routine administrative support work, including disseminating information, assisting with the maintenance of filing systems, and preparing and editing reports and documents. Responsibilities involve providing consistent administrative assistance to support daily operations. Work is performed under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
You'd be a GOOD fit if:
You have graduated from an accredited senior high school or possess a GED, and if you have one year of full¿time, wage¿earning experience in customer service, clerical, secretarial, administrative support, or technical program support. You may also qualify if you have completed college coursework, as fifteen semester hours from an accredited college or university may be substituted for each six months of experience
You'd be a GREAT fit if:
You have experience using the Microsoft Office Suite or an equivalent set of programs, including word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. You¿ll also be a good fit if you have experience in correctional operations and can navigate a structured, policy¿driven environment with professionalism. Additionally, you thrive when working with people, maintain a positive and respectful demeanor, and build effective working relationships to support a collaborative and customer¿focused workplace.
